– Full store credit towards your next event within 2 years from the canceled date or 50% deposit reimbursement.

Yes, you can change the designs or colors of the decor before 14 days of the event.

Yes, We require 50% of the amount as a deposit to confirm the reservation once all the details are finalized. Please note that the order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining 50% is due upon arrival on the event day.
